Our Team Leader, Lisa Benoit has been in the real estate business for over 16 years. Lisa lived in Louisiana for most of her early life. She has worked as a server, restaurant manager, insurance sales person, business owner and got into Real Estate when she moved to Florida. In 2005, she was displaced by Hurricane Katrina. She pretty much lost everything. She traveled to Florida where she started her real estate career. Lisa helped train and grow agents in one of the largest C21 in the US at that time, ran a small title company and had her Mortgage Broker’s license.  She was very successful with her business and for personal reasons picked up and left Florida with her small son, Dylan in 2008.

In  2009, she restarted her life back up as restauranteur in Houston, TX. As a single mother, successfully started up the Cajun Stop in Houston Texas. She was well known for her cajun flare, food and personality. She decided to get into the real estate business again after several poor experiences with local agents. Lisa was able to successfully build her real estate business while running two restaurants. She was able to franchise her small business and gain interest from celebrity investors. By 2018, Lisa was married and delivered her 2^nd son Beau Benoit in Spring of 2018. Upon his arrival, a decision was made to sell the restaurants and stay with real estate so that she could spend more time with her family. Lisa started working full time as a real estate agent and new agent mentor. She assisted and trained brand new agents how to write contracts and produce in real estate while she captured commercial real estate business. Her

Lisa now manages the Benoit Dream Team, a Top Producing Team who is able to service her clients and their own. She also trains hundreds of brand new agents on how to become successful in the real estate business, manage their time and market their business. Lisa is also the Director of Growth and Operations for a brokerage with about 457 agents and aligns herself with some of the top leaders in the real estate industry.
